Set out to discover the secrets of chocolate-making on a gourmet journey through the world of Schaal.

Set sail for Ecuador, the first stop on your journey, where our cacao plantations are located, then head to southwestern France to explore our hazelnut plantations.

Next, return to Alsace, to Geispolsheim, for a behind-the-scenes look at chocolate production: molding, dragée confections, pralines, and ganache will hold no more secrets for you!

At the heart of your visit is the chocolate factory: watch the chocolatiers at work and ask them all your questions! Want to try your hand at working with chocolate? Workshops are offered year-round.

At the end of your visit, stop by the factory store to take home some chocolate souvenirs!
