In the shade of the pergola, time slows down before moving on to the orchard, where grassy benches invite contemplation. Finally, surrounded by old rosebushes, the 16th-century dovecote reveals its bolts and remarkable framework, the ultimate guardian of these places where history is tinged with magic.
