Château de Carrouges

Beschrijving

Castle from the 14th and 17th century. This castle is made out of brick, granit and slate. It belonged to the same family between the 14th century and 1936. The furnitures, paintings and decor are from the Renaissance periode. You can also visit its park and garden. Night tours are available some fridays in the summer, exibitions, concerts, individualized welcome (contact the castle to organize before). The last start for the guided visit is 45 minutes before the castle closes. The park stays open between noon and 2pm but closes in the evening.
