The Clos Saint Paterne is a charming stopover all inclusive with its beautiful park planted with ancient trees. Backed by the greenway, you can borrow it to access on foot or by bike within 1 km: many small shops, spa Clarins, free recreational area with water playground, mini golf, petanque, City stadium, fitness area and multi sports, mountain biking.
House adjoining that of the owners, bordered by the greenway, in the village. Ground floor: entrance, living room (sofa bed for 1 person (30€ per night), TV, Bluetooth station) with equipped kitchen, bedroom (double bed 180 cm separable, stove with wood provided), shower room (walk-in shower, wc, washing machine and dryer). Wooded park of 4000 m² enclosed with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, vegetable garden, hammock, table tennis, badminton, bicycles. Possibility garage car and bicycles.
