You have your very own private terrace to relax and enjoy the sun, have your meals out of doors to the music of bird song. Very comfortable housing, on beautiful grounds with trees and flowers. Entirely renovated and fully equipped, can hold 8 to 10 persons. Peaceful, quiet setting.
Tasteful interior decoration. 3 rooms on the ground floor, 3 bathrooms, 3 WC, living room with comfortable sofa-bed. One addiitonal room, in a ground floor annex, can be added if the size of your group so requires.
On the terrace, shady, south-facing terrace, you have garden furniture and a barbecue. The apartment is entirely equipped to enable remote working (good WIFI network), in addition to the pleasant living conditions.
For children and babies, there are strollers, high chairs, baby beds, toys... Access to the swimming pool is secured, and the pool can be made private on request.
The home is 200 meters from the rampart walls, and 5 minutes on foot from the historical city centre, the museums, cinemas, theatres, restaurants... All kinds of shops are close by, the tramway is at the end of our street, and the train station and bus station 3 minutes away on foot.
Secured private parking available for 5€ / night. Our accommodations has earned the 'Cyclists welcome' label.
