Why the Galerie des Recettes?
Located in the former Banque de France, the restaurant later became a tax office, hence the name we've kept, in a nod to the range of recipes we'd like you to discover.
We're originally from Amiens, and we're proud of our region, which is fertile and rich in local produce!
Architecturally, we fell in love with the building and wanted to give it a new vocation of welcome, comfort and well-being.
On the culinary front, Clément, a native of Amiens who had worked with top chefs, joined our team because he shares our values. This modern innkeeper is committed to highlighting local products, which have been ignored for too long, by revisiting them and giving them back their letters of nobility.
