We are at your disposal for any questions you may have regarding the preparation of our products. All our vegetables are bought on the Pamiers market from our producers and retailers.
Our dishes are prepared with mainly organic and local products.
The ingredients are products from the market, farmers and producers of the region, to satisfy your desires and awaken your taste buds!
We will be happy to advise you on the choice of wine to best accompany your meal, which you can finish with a pure Arabica from our artisan roaster.
