Through galleries dug into the Tuffeau rock, visitors will discover all the stages in the winemaking process, with more than 1,000 oak barrels and 35 monumental sculptures at the heart of the cellars.
Come and discover the Engloutie Cathedral, the different stages of the Traditional Method and taste our Bruts de Loire.
There's also a visit to the Caves à Vélo, a heritage tour, a contemporary art centre, a 19th-century theatre, the Saumur horse-drawn carriage collection, a tasting school and business tourism.
