- The heat of the Finnish sauna for optimum relaxation.
- The steam of the hammam which releases accumulated tension and plunges you into deep relaxation.
Several massages are available on reservation (according to availability), do not hesitate to contact us in advance:
* Sports recovery massage: leg and back. Deep muscle relaxation with eucalyptus, rosemary and cedar essential oils.
* Wellness massage: bust, neck and face. Wrapping and stretching with essential oils of mandarin, lavender and geranium.
* Swedish and Californian massages: deep muscle relaxation and cocooning techniques.
* Massage for pregnant women: gentle relaxation in the foetal position with a gentle chamomile scented oil.
