La Ferme du Bois Perrault

The "La Ferme du Bois Perrault" gîte is in the countryside, 1 km from the Route Centre Europe Atlantique exit to Chalon-sur-Saône, near Montceau-les-Mines (5 km) and 1 km from shops and supermarkets, as well as nearby farms offering fresh local produce.
Numerous walks, cycle or horse rides, quad bikes, motorbikes, go-karting, adventure courses, tree climbing, fishing... more quietly, visits to museums, walks near the lake, rivers, forests, sports: tennis, swimming pool, sailing...
The main house has 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, three bathrooms and WC, a kitchen and dining room with fireplace.
If you wish to run your own business, the fully-equipped kitchen will be your domain. The dining room (for 20 people or more) overlooks the private garden where you can enjoy your meals.
A BBQ is available for grilling, as well as tables and chairs, a table tennis table, a volleyball net, petanque balls and other games.
There are deckchairs by the pool for sunbathing.
