The EcoloGite "Au Bord de Mer" is an independent duplex which is part of a set of 4 ecologites. It is a T2 with mezzanine with a unique
unique decoration. Located in a quiet area, you will not be disturbed by the often noisy animation of the hyper center of La Rochelle and the Old Port.
Here, no need to worry about finding a free and safe parking space in the street or, at worst, the adjacent one.
A few minutes away by bike, you will find the famous Vélodyssée, ideal for a bike ride.
Make yourself comfortable in the bright lounge under the cathedral roof.
Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a good meal, or even a picnic.

Behind the sliding door, relax in the master suite. Its natural latex and organic cotton bedding will guarantee you soft and cuddly nights.

Open the window of the master bedroom, the garden is at your feet. Perfect to wake up with the birds singing and the freshness of a sunny morning.
But don't just enjoy it from the window!
Several terraces await you, between the fruit trees and the huts, depending on your mood: the cat terrace, the pond terrace
or the terrace at the bottom of the garden. The garden is shared between our 4 ecologîtes, but you will have enough space to enjoy it without being
without being bothered by your neighbors.
Of course, the wifi is free, the towels, also organic, as well as the sheets are graciously put at your disposal.
Entirely renovated in 2019, your gite is eco-responsible because :
- You sleep in the comfort of organic cotton sheets and natural latex mattresses, without toxic products
- You are heated by renewable energy (solar and photovoltaic panels, heat pump).
- You will enjoy a garden with trees, a LPO refuge, and a pond to promote biodiversity.
