The voie verte runs directly alongside the property and is accessible from the estate via a gate. A godsend for cyclists, who can put down their panniers, take a breather and set off again the next morning with rested legs and a full belly. On the upper floor of the château, our fully-renovated rooms, available in three categories to suit all budgets - Exclusive, Deluxe or Standard - combine the charm of the past with the most modern comforts: air-conditioning, private bathroom, quality bedding and courtesy tray. Several rooms offer a view of the Meuse River, while others look out over the dense woods that surround the estate. On the first floor, a living room with open fire and a dining area await you for moments of conviviality. In fine weather, you can relax on the terrace. In the evening, Daphné - your chatelaine and devoted hostess, descended from a family of Belgian chefs - takes command of her kitchen and concocts tasty dishes inspired by French gastronomy: duck leg confit, boeuf bourguignon, coq au vin, blanquette de veau, lamb shank with thyme, homemade cassoulet... her dishes delight guests. Our vegetarian friends are not forgotten: coral lentil dahl, eggplant parmigiana or vegetable curry are available on request. In summer, gourmet salads are the order of the day: Italian salad with Italian ham and burrata drizzled with green pesto and balsamic cream, classic caesar salad or an ocean version. Remember to book your dinner at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours in advance for Sunday arrivals and 3 days in advance for groups of 6 or more). Table d'hôtes is available as a single course at 24?, as a two-course menu (main course and dessert) at 34?, or as a full three-course dinner at 42? for groups of 8 or more only.
