[Due to major works on the entire left wing of the Palais Rihour, the Salle du Conclave and the sacristy are temporarily closed to visitors. Their reopening is scheduled for May 2025]
Begun in 1453 by Philippe Le Bon, Duke of Burgundy, the Palais Rihour is one of the few remaining examples of flamboyant Gothic architecture in Lille.
On the first floor, the Salle des Gardes now houses the Lille Tourist Office. Upstairs, the Salle du Conclave and the sacristy, with its superb stained-glass windows, host cultural and/or institutional events.
The site was listed as a historic monument in 1875.
