Ground floor: living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, accessible bathroom and toilet. %CUpstairs: mezzanine with foosball table, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), bathroom with tub and shower, and a toilet. Enclosed patio and garage available. Heating via wood pellet stove or electric heater. Cleaning fee: 60 € required for business travelers. If the cleaning fee is not paid at the time of booking, it must be paid on-site to the owners. Bath linens: 5 ?/person.
