First floor: Blue bedroom (18 m², 1 bed 160×200, 2 bunk beds 90×190, crib, and accessories), Burgundy Bedroom (22 m², 1 bed 140×7200, 2 beds 90×190), Beaubourg Room (18 m², 1 bed 160×200, private bathroom). Shared 12 m² bathroom for the Blue and Bordeaux rooms. Front courtyard and 6.5-hectare backyard with a barbecue, bordering the Rognon River. Heating with local wood chips. Private parking.
