On the banks of the Maine, 10 minutes from Angers, come and stay in the exceptional setting of Château du Fresne. Dating from the 19th century, come and discover the charm and history of this château during your stopover in Bouchemaine, on the banks of the Maine.

The château offers 5 luxury guest rooms, each with its own personalised decor and different level of luxury.

- The René Gasnier suite: 32m² with lounge area, bedroom with 200x200cm bed, television, bathroom with bath, large shower, separate toilet and sauna. Beautiful views over the park and the river Maine.

- The Hélène Boucher superior room: 23 m² room in soft, natural colours, very bright. Bed 180x200cm, small lounge facing the park and beautiful bathroom with large shower, stylish washbasin and separate wc.

- The 3 "standard" rooms, Pierre Gasnier, Emile Giffard and Louis Cointreau: each with a 180x200 or 200x200cm bed, these rooms have en suite shower rooms with shower, washbasin and separate wc.

Each room is equipped with a safe, small fridge, courtesy tray with kettle and pod machine, and television. Bathrobes are available.

A full breakfast is served on the ground floor in a beautiful room in the château with wood panelling and a fireplace, or under the glass roof. Many dishes are home-cooked, and local produce is given pride of place.

In the grounds of the château, enjoy a 12x6m heated swimming pool, open from May to September, with sun loungers and uninterrupted views over the countryside and the Maine River.
