Led by Chef Davide Consonni, the Quai 50 restaurant offers a selection of refined Italian dishes year-round, made with seasonal produce. On the menu, homemade gnocchi, ravioli, and pasta blend with more traditional Italian flavors. The chef constantly evolves with reinvented classic recipes and more elaborate dishes, always featuring the ever-present lasagna and homemade desserts like citrus tiramisu.

Enjoy the warm ambiance of the elegant indoor dining room, which seats 100, or the shaded outdoor terrace overlooking the Saône River, in fine weather.

The restaurant is open Monday to Friday for lunch and Monday to Saturday for dinner. Reservations are recommended. The establishment is suitable for vegetarian and gluten-free diets.

Aware of the environmental impact of the hotel and restaurant industry, the Hôtel Lyon Ouest, of which Quai 50 is a member, is participating in the eco-responsibility program called GO GREEN.
