Ty Pastel, a comfortable gîte, caravan and bed and breakfast, welcomes you to the heart of Toulouse-Albi-Carcassonne triangle, at the source of the Canal du Midi between Tarn and Haute-Garonne. Sorèze, a historic site with its Abbey School, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, is the starting point for many walks. Just 1.5km away, St-Ferréol lake, part of the UNESCO World Heritage site, offers a variety of leisure activities: supervised swimming, canoeing, windsurfing, mini golf, fishing, horse-riding, gliding, etc. The bastide town of Revel boasts a superb wooden market hall and hosts one of the 100 most beautiful markets in France every Saturday morning. Just 300m away, a cycle path takes you to the Canal du Midi in complete peace and quiet, and the Revel municipal swimming pool, with its shady lawn, is a great place to relax. The mythical Chemin de Saint-Jacques passes right at the end of our garden!
