Domaine des roseraies comprises two pretty, typically Norman houses on a 5200m2 estate, in a quiet village 10 min from the first beach, 20 min from the D-Day landing beaches and the American cemetery.

You'll find the Flaubert gite on one level, and the Maupassant gite on the other.

Both gites have spacious, welcoming living rooms with open fireplaces and fully-equipped kitchens.
The two bedrooms in each gite each welcome two travelers in a cosy nest.
The sofa beds can accommodate one person, or we can add a single bed in the bedrooms with the 2 beds...
The bathroom has a bathtub for Flaubert and a shower for Maupassant.

A charging station for electric cars is available in the gîtes parking lot.

Petanque court and enclosed bicycle garage.
2 cycling itineraries of 30 km and 45 km through the Aure marshes pass in front of the gîtes, ideal for touring the region.

You'll enjoy a very peaceful environment, with a large enclosed garden not overlooked, views of the Bessin marshes to the north, and to the south, at the top of the property, fields with Norman cows and views of the village church.

You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant, rejuvenating stay in the middle of the Bessin, in a magnificent region steeped in history.
