Sleeps 5 to 7 people. 2 bedrooms: the Yellow Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), and the Hydrangea Bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed (90×200 cm). 2 pull-out guest beds available in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, multifunction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, and small appliances. Bathroom with walk-in shower, large sink, toilet, and towel warmer. Heating provided by a pellet stove and electric radiators. Private, shaded terrace with flowers. Separate entrance off Rue des Porcelets. Cleaning fee: 40? required for all stays; if not paid at the time of booking, it must be paid to the owner. Sheets and towels included.
