- A bathroom with a bath and shower.
- Ample storage space in each bedroom.

- Two terraces with seating areas.
- A fire pit on the terrace.
- A private sauna.
- A private Finnish sauna.
- Private parking in front of the gîte.
- Lockable storage room for bikes and fishing equipment (space for 6 bikes – repair kit, pump, anti-theft device and dedicated power socket)
