Built in 1829 and handed down from generation to generation, this large character house continues to be the scene of laughter, lively meals and shared family memories. Entirely renovated with care between 2017 and 2021, it has retained all its soul while offering today?s comforts. The owner, deeply attached to this place, opens his doors to you today to let you experience this unique atmosphere.With its 220 m² and 5 bedrooms, the gîte welcomes up to 10 people in a warm setting, ideal for vacations with family or friends. The large living spaces invite you to slow down, chat and enjoy the moment to the full: a game of table soccer in the upstairs great room, a board game evening, music (Spotify), a movie on the big screen (Netflix)... there's something for everyone.Outside, a veritable field of freedom awaits you. Over 5,000 m², children run, play and explore, while adults enjoy a lively game of pétanque, a barbecue in the sun or a moment of relaxation in the shade of the trees. After a day's hiking (starting from the house), skiing or biking in the magnificent Vosges countryside (Gérardmer 20 min away, La Bresse 25 min), it's time for wellness: sauna, peace and quiet, and an unobstructed view of the mountains.Designed to welcome all types of guests, the gîte is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. On the first floor, there is a bedroom and adapted sanitary facilities. It is also possible to install two medical beds in one of the ground-floor bedrooms, which can be rented from the village pharmacy. The gîte lends itself particularly well to intergenerational stays, and to hosting groups of seniors looking for comfort, security and serenity.
