Magnificent independent chalet (190m²) arranged on 3 levels. You will be welcomed by the owner who lives in the neighboring chalet. Entrance via the top floor / ground floor (parking level): large double garage of 36m² with laundry area (washing machine and dryer), entrance hall / skiroom with shoe dryer. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room/wc).
Lower level: equipped kitchen open to the living room: large dining table, wine cellar, corner sofa, television, Bluetooth equipment, wood stove, darts board... bay window giving access to the balcony with the garden table . Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom), separate toilet.
