Boulogne-sur-Gesse, in the heart of Gascony. This former 13th Century bastide neighbouring the Gers and the Hautes-Pyrenees is dominated by the Notre Dame de l'Assomption church. With a rich historical past linked to the Nizors Abbey, it was founded by Cistercian monks and continues to shelter a few vestiges. Don't forget to stroll along the banks of the Boulogne Lake which is overlooked by an 8 arched viaduct and has numerous recreational facilities (pedalos, swimming pool, water-slide...)
