From the kitchen in the center of the dining room, the chef composes a score dictated by the cycle of nature in the Loire Valley.
From the hand that spades and cultivates, to the one that cooks and sublimates, the signature is enriched by the intentions of each actor in a chain of values.
This signature restaurant boasts a unique view. On one side, a majestic panorama of the river; on the other, the church and its stained-glass windows, reminding us of the benevolence and peace this place provides.
