The HOLTZHEYER family and their team welcome you to their establishment, ideally located between Colmar and Mulhouse,
on the Route des Vins d?Alsace, just a few minutes from Eguisheim (elected favorite village of the French in 2013) and Kaysersberg (elected favorite village of the French in 2017), on a private estate, surrounded by vineyards and a nature reserve, classified "Natura 2000", you can admire a breathtaking view of the Alsace plain, the Black Forest, the Jura, the Alps and the Vosges.

The Hôtel du Bollenberg offers 47 comfortable rooms of various categories.

In the "Côté Plaine" restaurant, refined and creative seasonal cuisine using local produce is served daily in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The bar and terrace offer panoramic views over the Alsace plain.

The Spa de la Colline, featuring a pool with massage jets, outdoor pool (open in summer), sauna, steam room, salt grotto with heated water beds, Physiotherm cabin, duo treatment cabin and whirlpool bath, welcomes you every day. Accessible from age 16 and by reservation only.
