Chef Guillaume Schilling offers a cuisine combining tradition and modernity. His love of the land and of Alsatian cuisine drives him to help you discover all its subtleties. Regional products are magnified and showcased for a journey through Alsace.


For easy access to our restaurant, there is a large reserved parking area accessible to people with reduced mobility.
