As the seasons go by, the team uses fresh, local produce to create authentic dishes. Among the specialities of the house, let yourself be tempted by the jambon à la Chablisienne, an essential part of Burgundian gastronomy.

The Rimant restaurant is adjacent to the Kyriad de Sens hotel, which offers a range of services including accommodation, a bar and lounge area, a heated indoor swimming pool, a gym and several seminar and reception rooms for organising your events. Opening hours: 12 noon to 2pm and 7pm to 9.30pm (evening service by prior arrangement).
