The Bristol opened its doors in the summer of 2017 under the leadership of Sandra and Frédéric Coste (Chez Fred).
Just a stone's throw from the railway station and the Canal port, this new Carcassonne snack bar serves quality fast food:

- Savoury: sandwiches, platters of cured meats or cheeses, salads, pizzas and tarts,

- Sweet: a breakfast menu, homemade desserts and ice cream sundaes. All our cuisine is homemade with fresh and regional products.
