Kok Piraat
Since 2016, the Kok Piraat restaurant has been taking you on a delicious culinary voyage in its beautifully restored 1949 barge. Master restaurateur since 2023, it's a commitment to quality, generous seasonal and local cuisine, with the menu changing at the beginning and end of the season. In 2024, the restaurant was awarded the D.I.D (Destination Innovante Durable) label.
Inside, the cosy dining room, with its portholes and wood-paneled ambience, creates a warm atmosphere. In summer, the panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the water station and Europe's first eco-neighborhood, nicknamed Lille's "Little Amsterdam". A nod to Amsterdam's barge and bicycle culture, which the restaurant celebrates. Indeed, Kok Piraat has been awarded the Accueil Vélo label, a commitment to sustainable development that complements the others already put in place by the Captain and his crew of pirates!
