Discover the most impressive tuyé in the Haut-Doubs region and learn about the various stages of production. Visit the drying room where the products from the tuyé are smoked (Cendrée, Morteau sausage, ham, etc.). Inside the Tuyé, use all your senses to discover the secrets of how our cured meats are made.
