Pleasant, comfortable single-storey gîte with its own entrance. Terrace of 50m² enclosed by shrubs facing the owners' house, with garden and relaxation furniture, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs. Close to the cycle route, bicycles are available. All local shops, restaurants, museums and the Loire. Living room with fitted kitchen, sitting room with sofa bed (€40 for extra person), 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, shower room with large walk-in shower and WC. Bed linen and towels provided. Heating extra according to meter reading.
