The gîte is located in the oldest part of the village, a few steps from the centre where you will find all the shops you need: bakery, butcher's, delicatessen, grocer's, chemist's, etc. as well as 2 wine producers.
It is ideally situated for boat trips in the Marais Poitevin, also known as the Venise Verte, and for exploring the surrounding area: La Rochelle , le Puy du Fou (1h), le Futuroscope(1h15)...

This is a 170 m² house, with on the ground floor an open-plan kitchen (equipped with a gas cooker with electric oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine), a living room, a bedroom with 2 single beds (180 if you put them together), a bedroom with 4 single beds (or 1 double and 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 4 single beds and a shower room with toilet.
Nursery equipment is available.

There is an enclosed garden at the back of the house with garden furniture and barbecue, a closed car park in front of the house, a closed garage for your bikes and a motorbike shelter.
