The owner is on site and gives you the keys.

This 12 people duplex has 2 balconies facing South (1 is a solarium). This apartment is on the ground floor.
You have 4 bedrooms (3 of them on the 1st floor) : one with a double bed, a second one with a double bed and a single bed and a balcony, a third one with 5 single beds and a balcony.

On the 1st floor : bathroom and toilets, the last bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

The living room is 40m² : kitchen area, a fireplace, view on the moutains.
