Right in the center of Villeneuve d?Ascq, in one of the most dynamic districts of the Lille metropolis, the fifth The Babel Community residence opened its doors in June 2025.

Here, everything is designed to ensure that its occupants flourish. Discover our hotel rooms & suites just 10 minutes from the center of Lille by metro - the station is 200 meters from the residence. Comfortable, stylish and fully equipped, our rooms are sure to please! A homemade buffet breakfast is available at an additional cost. Free parking is available at the foot of the building. Our reception is open 24 hours a day and welcomes you in French, English and Spanish.

The Babel Community also offers turnkey Coliving apartments and flexible Coworking workstations. But there are also a host of communal areas designed to help you relax and share time together: a convivial restaurant open to all, meeting rooms, a large sports hall with squash and fitness facilities, a multi-sports pitch, a large park planted with trees?
