This gîte features: kitchen, large dining room, living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove and enclosed garden. Separate WC on ground floor and terrace in front of the gîte. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms for 2 to 8 people, with 3 showers and 2 WCs. FFE-approved equestrian center with rides, trail rides and lessons. Approved by Jeunesse et Sport and Education Nationale. Dogs welcome. Hiking and cycling trails 300 m from the gîtes, with Vélomaritime 400 m away. Recharging station 3km from Noyelles sur Mer train station. Tourist tax 1.10 ? /adult not included.
