This old water mill is a real haven of peace, ideal for your reunion with family or friends near Amboise. It is impossible to remain insensitive to the charm of this old residence, a place where water, green nature, the covered swimming pool, the fitness room will satisfy the most demanding. Everything has been thought out and organized for optimum comfort, with its 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, top-of-the-range bedding, children's play area, and a large living room. Close to the greatest castles of the Loire Valley (Amboise, Chenonceau, Blois, Chambord) and the Beauval Zooparc, the site (LPO refuge) offers a wonderful setting for fishermen (fishing gîte). On site, another gîte for 6 people can be rented simultaneously for a total capacity of 21 people.
