Enjoy all that Normandy has to offer: walks in the Eawy Forest, a recreation center, a spa, a casino, a farmers’ market, family-friendly activities, and local products. In less than an hour, you can reach the beaches of Dieppe, Rouen, or the Seine Valley. A strategic location for combining relaxation, nature, and cultural exploration, just 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris.

Ground Floor:
-Entrance through a spacious veranda converted into a relaxation area with foosball, wooden games, board games, and a cozy bar area.
-Large, bright living area featuring a spacious dining room and a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV.
-Fully equipped semi-open kitchen: 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator.
-Bathroom adapted for people with limited mobility (walk-in shower with seat and toilet).
-Separate toilet.
-One accessible bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm).
-One children’s bedroom with a playful “train” theme, featuring 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4; 90x190 cm).

Upstairs:
-Bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Separate toilet.
-Four bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm).
-Second bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outside:
-Dining area with a built-in barbecue and patio furniture.
