Gîte d'étape du pont-canal de Briare

The lock keeper's house on the Briare canal bridge has been converted into a gîte d'étape. It is located right next to the famous canal bridge, a historic monument built by Gustave Eiffel's workshops, among others. Located on the route of the Loire à vélo, this house offers a view of the canal and the Loire.
Briare is also on the Scandibérique, Euro véloroute 3 linking Norway to Spain.
The gîte sleeps 15 in 6 rooms, each accommodating 2 to 4 people.

All year round, rental is by the room. Bar and restaurant on our terrace.

Evenings are organized from June to August, so you can spend a convivial moment with friends or family, while admiring the canal bridge and its sunset.
