Your guest room:
Adjoining the home of Jeanne and Sergio, your hosts, it is located upstairs and overlooks the lovely garden filled with flowers and trees. Its private access via an external stone staircase guarantees your independence and tranquility.
The layout is rather unique: you have a bright, double-height living room with a table, TV, a sofa bed offering comfortable sleeping for two (140x200 cm), and some basic kitchen equipment if you prefer to prepare your meals (small refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and dishes). A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the bathroom with a heated towel rail, bidet, and toilet, as well as the mezzanine under the eaves (note the low ceiling) which accommodates a double bed (140x190 cm mattress).
Breakfast is served in your living room, or in the garden if the weather permits.
Free public parking is a 2-minute walk away. Upon request, it may be possible to park your vehicle at the owners' property.
Our animal friends are welcome. If your dog accompanies you, it must be kept on a leash in the garden: the two cats of the house share the space!

Furthermore, Paris is accessible by train:
• Nemours train station (800m) for Paris Gare de Lyon in 1 hour 10 minutes
• Several trains per week Direct trains to Paris Bercy (45 min)
