A former Jules Ferry school converted into a guest house, situated 1 km from the small port of La Guittière and the Payré estuary, and 200 m from the Vélodyssée cycle route. This guest house offers 3 rooms. Bookings for the guest rooms are available all year round except during July and August. On the ground floor (access via 3 steps): the ‘Le Payré’ room (1 x 160 bed) with an en-suite shower room and toilet. Upstairs: the “Le Veillon” room (1 x 160 bed) with a private shower room and WC, and the “La Ragounite” room (2 x 80 beds that can be joined) with a separate private shower room and WC. Wi-Fi. Shared facilities on site: lounge with a reading corner (access via 1 step), garden with a shaded terrace, a car park and a fully equipped, freely accessible bike storage room. The guest house has a separate entrance. All three rooms have been awarded the “Chambre d’hôtes référence®” certification to guarantee you the highest level of comfort.
