Located on a pleasant garden with trees and flowers nestled on the edge of a small wood, a restful and relaxing haven for young and old, protected from view by a surrounding wall, the property houses an old Burgundian residence from 1850 completely restored in the resolutely contemporary spirit of an "architect's house" (accommodating a bedroom) completed by a small independent cottage-type pavilion (accommodating the second bedroom).
