At the foot of the Vélofrancette, Catherine welcomes you to her eco-renovated architect-designed house, a stone's throw from La Roche d'Oëtre and 800 m from the charming village of Bréel.
The house?s hilltop location, with its half-hectare garden backing onto the forest, makes for a peaceful setting. The charm of the region and its unspoilt nature were the reasons why the hostess, a poet and writer, chose to settle here. Two single-storey guest rooms, one with access to a large terrace with a panoramic view of the wooded bocage, are available One double room with 160 cm bed, 2 separate mattresses, one single room with 100 cm bed, latex bedding, feather comforters and pillows. The kitchen and shared facilities are available, as are a separate shower room and toilet, a closed bicycle garage and wi-fi. There are many sporting activities within easy reach: hiking, horse-riding, canoeing, paragliding, climbing, and delicious restaurants with musical entertainment, guinguette, less than 3 km away.
